-
Abstract
Based on the innovative practices in process standardization by Shendong Coal Group, this paper details how the company has improved mine safety and production standardization, reduced equipment failure rates, and enhanced labor productivity and employee safety awareness through the promotion and application of standardized operational procedures. By examining the company's exploration in process management since 2009, this paper demonstrates the implementation path and significant achievements in process standardization. Through the establishment of a “Trinity” operational mechanism, the integration of process assessment into organizational performance management, the utilization of information technology platforms, and the combination of processes with a risk pre−control management system, Shendong has substantially enhanced onsite safety and production efficiency. Furthermore, this paper discusses the role of process standardization in facilitating intelligent mine construction and efficient enterprise operation, and proposes future approaches to enhance process management and talent development through intelligent technologies. The successful experience of Shendong Coal Group offers valuable insights for achieving safe and efficient operations in the coal industry.
