Understanding and Reflections on Information Management System of Mining Rights Holders Exploration and Mining

The Ministry of Natural Resources recently issued the Institution for the Management of Mineral Exploration and Mining Information, which further standardized the management of mineral exploration and mining information for mineral rights owners. It is of great significance for improving the supervision and management system of mineral resources exploration and mining. The article summarizes the background, main content, and differences from previous policies and regulations of the institution, and proposes the following suggestions: improving the mining owners' exploration and mining information management system, doing a good job in publicity and training, and promoting the sharing and application of mining owners' information credit information, which is conducive to promoting the implementation of mining owners' exploration and mining information management requirements and the development of work.
