Global Technology Trends of Lithium Extraction

  • 摘要: 锂离子电池行业的快速发展带动了锂矿资源的大规模勘探和开发利用。对比了全球硬岩锂矿和卤水提锂的工艺,并分析了各种方法的优缺点。硬岩锂矿提锂主要有硫酸焙烧法、石灰烧结法、硫酸盐烧结法、氯化焙烧法四种方法,其中硫酸焙烧法的应用最为广泛;卤水提锂工艺主要有盐田富集法和直接分离法两种,吸附交换技术、膜分离技术、萃取分离技术的突破都有可能根本改变盐湖卤水提锂工艺。国外矿业公司相继开发了一些新技术,还需要工业化运营证明其技术经济可行性。

     

    Abstract: Lithium is one of the important rare metals, which plays an important role in the emerging industrial fields. Comparing lithium extraction from hard rock lithium ore and brine, there are four main methods for lithium extraction from hard rock lithium ore: sulfuric acid method, lime sintering method, sulfate sintering method and chlorination roasting method. There are two main methods for lithium extraction from brine: salt field enrichment method and direct separation method. With the development of lithium extraction technology, more lithium resources have been efficiently utilized, which has important practical significance.
