氧化锌烟尘工艺矿物学研究

Study on the Mineralogy of Zinc Oxide Dust

  • 摘要: 采用XRD、LPS、SEM和EDS等对氧化锌烟尘进行工艺矿物学研究,结果表明:氧化锌烟尘中的主要物相成分为ZnO和PbS;氧化锌烟尘的平均粒径为5.39 μm,比表面积为1.337 m2·cm-3,粒度小于3.13 μm的占50%;氧化锌烟尘在微观上呈现球体、针状、立方体、絮状团聚体等结构,其中球状颗粒为以ZnO为主的铅锌氧化混合物,立方状为PbS物相,絮状和针状的多为ZnO物相。建议采用微波等外场预处理氧化锌烟尘,促进其分解,以提高Ge等有价金属的浸出率,并对冶炼过程产生的废渣废水进行无害化处理。

     

    Abstract: The mineralogy of zinc oxide dust was carried out by XRD, LPS, SEM and EDS characterization. The results show that the main components of zinc oxide dust are ZnO and PbS. The average particle size and the specific surface area of zinc oxide dust are 5.39 μm and 1.337 m2·cm-3, respectively, and there are 50% of the zinc oxide dust whose particle sizes are less than 3.13 μm. The microstructure of zinc oxide dust exhibits spheroid, needle like, cube, floc and so on. The spheroidal particles are the oxidation mixture of lead and zinc in which ZnO is the main phase. The cubic particles are PbS phase, and the floc and needle particles belong to ZnO phase. It is suggested that zinc oxide dust should be pretreated by microwave and other external fields to improve the leaching rate of Ge and other valuable metals. In addition, innocent treatment should be used to the produced waste residues and wastewater.
