铁尾矿制备陶粒工艺、机理与应用进展

Process, Mechanism and Application Progress of Ceramsite Preparation using Iron Tailings

  • 摘要: 我国铁尾矿的分布范围广、堆存量大,造成了严重的土地占用和环境污染问题。铁尾矿基陶粒作为轻骨料,具有轻质高强、吸水率低、抗冻性能良好等特点,可广泛应用于建筑材料、园艺、水处理等领域。阐述了陶粒的种类、铁尾矿用于制备陶粒的原料适用性,介绍了铁尾矿制备焙烧陶粒和免烧陶粒的工艺及其产品性能优劣,分析了铁尾矿基陶粒在焙烧和免烧过程中的反应机理,归纳了铁尾矿基陶粒气孔结构的形成原理及研究现状,系统总结了铁尾矿基陶粒的应用现状,提出了未来研究需要解决的问题及发展方向。利用铁尾矿制备陶粒,对促进铁尾矿资源的循环利用和矿山环境保护具有深远意义。

     

    Abstract: The wide distribution and large storage of iron tailings in China has caused serious land occupation and environmental pollution. As lightweight aggregate, iron tailings−based ceramsite has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, low water absorption and good frost resistance. It can be widely used in building materials, horticulture, water treatment and other fields. The types of ceramsite and the applicability of iron tailings as raw materials for preparing ceramsite were expounded. The preparation process and product performance of roasting ceramsite and unburned ceramsite prepared by iron tailings were introduced. The reaction mechanism of iron tailings−based ceramsite in roasting and unburned process was analyzed. The formation principle and research status of pore structure of iron tailings−based ceramsite were summarized. The application status of iron tailings−based ceramsite was systematically summarized. The problems to be solved in future research and development directions are proposed. The preparation of ceramsite from iron tailings has profound significance for promoting the recycling of iron tailings resources and mine environmental protection.
