“双碳”目标下煤矸石资源化技术进展

Technical Progress of Coal Gangue Resource Utilization under Dual Carbon Target

  • 摘要: 在“双碳”战略目标背景下,系统探讨煤矸石资源化与高值化利用的潜力和利用途径,以推动煤炭产业绿色转型与大宗固废协同治理。基于煤矸石成因、物理化学性质及环境风险的系统解析,全面综述其在建材制备、有价组分提取、农用改良、废水处理、土壤修复及温室气体减排等领域的资源化利用途径,并剖析当前利用过程中存在的主要技术瓶颈。现有分析表明,煤矸石虽已在多个领域展现出良好的应用前景,但仍面临基础研究深度不足、改性过程可能诱发二次污染、技术经济可行性受限、工艺成熟度不高及流程复杂化等问题。为实现煤矸石高效环保利用并助力“双碳”目标的实现,未来应加强煤矸石基础理论研究,深入探究改性过程中重金属元素的释放与迁移规律,优化相关技术与工艺流程,带动生态效益与经济效益的协同提升。

     

    Abstract: Against the backdrop of “dual carbon”strategic goals, this study systematically explores the potential and utilization pathways for the resource recovery and high−value utilization of coal gangue, aiming to advance the green transformation of the coal industry and the coordinated management of bulk solid waste. Based on the systematic analysis of the causes, physicochemical properties, and environmental risks of coal gangue, this study comprehensively reviews its resource utilization pathways across sectors including building materials production, extraction of valuable components, agricultural soil improvement, wastewater treatment, soil remediation, and greenhouse gas reduction, while also examining the major technical bottlenecks in current utilization processes. The research indicates that although coal gangue has demonstrated promising application prospects across multiple fields, it still faces problems such as insufficient depth in fundamental research, potential secondary pollution caused by modification process, limitations in techno−economic feasibility, low process maturity and complicated process. In order to realize the efficient and environmentally friendly utilization of coal gangue and help the goal of “dual carbon”, in the future, we should strengthen the basic theoretical research of coal gangue, deeply explore the release and migration law of heavy metal elements in the modification process, optimize the relevant technology and process flow, and driving synergistic improvements in ecological and economic benefits.
