津巴布韦某锂矿选矿实验研究

Experimental Study on beneficiation of a lithium mine in Zimbabwe

  • 摘要: 津巴布韦某锂矿原矿含Li2O 1.20%、Ta2O5 0.023%、Nb2O5 0.011%,锂矿物主要为锂辉石,另有少量的锂绿泥石、透锂长石、锂白云母等;钽铌矿物主要为钽锰矿和铌锰矿。以氢氧化钠和碳酸钠为矿浆调整剂、氯化镁为锂辉石活化剂、BK452A和BK452B为组合捕收剂,经“一次粗选一次扫选三次精选”流程,可实现对锂辉石和伴生钽铌矿物的综合回收,闭路实验获得含Li2O 5.52%、Ta2O5 0.11%、Nb2O5 0.043%的精矿,锂、钽、铌的回收率分别为77.16%、83.78%、85.27%。该研究结果可为此类锂矿石资源的综合回收提供技术参考。

     

    Abstract: A lithium mine in Zimbabwe contains 1.20% Li2O, 0.023% Ta2O5, and 0.011% Nb2O5. The lithium minerals are mainly spodumene, as well as a small amount of lithium chlorite, lithium feldspar, lithium muscovite, etc; Tantalum niobium minerals are mainly tantalum manganese ore and niobium manganese ore. The beneficiation experiment uses sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate as slurry adjusters, magnesium chloride as spodumene activator, and BK452A and BK452B as combined collectors. Through the process of "one coarse selection, one sweep selection, and three fine selections", comprehensive recovery of spodumene and associated tantalum niobium minerals can be achieved. Closed circuit testing can obtain concentrates containing 5.52% Li2O, 0.11% Ta2O5, and 0.043% Nb2O5. The recovery rates of lithium, tantalum, and niobium are 77.16%, 83.78%, and 85.27%, respectively, which can provide technical reference for the comprehensive recovery of such lithium ore resources.
