引气剂种类对全尾砂料浆性能的影响及其作用机理

Influence of Air−entraining Agent Type on the Performance of Full Tailings Slurry and Mechanism of Action

  • 摘要: 引气剂在矿山充填中逐渐被推广应用,但引气剂对全尾砂料浆流动性能的影响与作用机理尚存在争议。为此,实验研究了十二烷基硫酸钠阴离子引气剂和十四烷基三甲基溴化铵阳离子引气剂对全尾砂料浆流动及流变性能的影响,并引用双电层理论探讨了两类引气剂对全尾砂料浆的影响机制。实验结果表明,掺入阳离子类型引气剂可提高料浆的流动性、屈服应力和黏度;阴离子类型引气剂掺量较低时,也可以降低料浆的流动性、屈服应力和黏度,且料浆流动性改善,然而在掺量较高时料浆屈服应力和黏度提高,且流动性降低。根据双电层理论,引气剂通过吸附在颗粒表面,改变颗粒的表面电荷密度,从而影响双电层的厚度和离子分布,影响料浆的流变特性。因此,根据矿山充填需求选取引气剂种类及优化其掺量具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Air−entraining agents have been gradually popularized and applied in mine filling, but the effects and mechanisms of air−entraining agents on the flow properties of full tailings sand slurry are still controversial. Accordingly, the effects of sodium dodecyl sodium dodecyl sulfate and tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide on the flow and rheological properties of all−tailed sand slurry were experimentally investigated, and the mechanism of the effects of these two types of air−entraining agents on the whole−tailed sand slurry was investigated by applying the theory of double electric layer. The experimental results showed that the inclusion of cationic type of air−entraining agent could improve the flow, yield stress and viscosity of the slurry; the inclusion of anionic type of air−entraining agent at lower dosage could also reduce the flow, yield stress and viscosity of the slurry and improve the flow of the slurry; however, the inclusion of higher dosage of the slurry increased the yield stress and viscosity of the slurry, and reduced the fluidity. According to the theory of double electric layer, the air−entraining agent changes the surface charge density of the particles by adsorbing on the surface of the particles, which affects the thickness of the double electric layer and the ion distribution, and influences the rheological properties of the slurry. Therefore, it is of great significance to select the type of air−entraining agent and optimize its dosage according to the filling requirements of mines.
