Abstract:
Lanping Lead−Zinc Mine is a super large lead−zinc mine, associated valuable components such as thallium, cadmium, silver, sulfur and strontium, containing easily−slimed gangue mineral, soluble mineral and organic matte. The ore properties is complexity and variability. Among them, the oxide lead−zinc ore and the oxide−sulphide mixed lead−zinc ore have a variety of mineral types, fine particle sizes, easy to be overgrinded, so it is difficult to be mineral processing. This article provides a review of the research progress on deposit types, ore properties and mineral processing, the mineral processing technology and flotation reagents for lead−zinc sulfide ore, the flotation(direct flotation, surface sulfidization—flotation, synchronous flotation, flocculation flotation, original pulp flotation, high−entropy flotation), wet leaching(sulfuric acid leaching, sodium hydroxide leaching, ammonia leaching), gravity separation—flotation, wet leaching—flotation, flotation—wet leaching, sufidation roasting—flotation and hydrothermal sulfidation—flotation for the oxide−sulphide mixed lead−zinc ore were discussed emphasizedly. And further point out the research direction and focus, comprehensive recovery of associated valuable components, depression and derepression of sphalerite for lead−zinc sulfide ore, the single flotation process treatment, and combined process of wet leaching of zinc oxide minerals—flotation recovery of lead minerals and zinc sulfide minerals.
