兰坪铅锌矿资源特点与选矿技术进展

Resource Characteristics and Mineral Processing of Lanping Lead−Zinc Mine

  • 摘要: 兰坪铅锌矿为特大型铅锌矿,伴生有Tl、Cd、Ag、S和Sr等有价组分,且含易泥化脉石矿物、可溶性盐类矿物和有机物质,矿石性质复杂、多变,其中氧化铅锌矿石和氧硫混合铅锌矿石的矿物种类多、嵌布粒度细和易过磨泥化,选矿难度大。从矿床类型、矿石性质和选矿技术等方面进行了综述,重点论述硫化铅锌矿选矿工艺流程和浮选药剂,氧化铅锌矿和氧硫混合铅锌矿采用浮选(直接浮选、表面硫化—浮选、同步浮选、絮凝浮选、原浆浮选和高熵捕收浮选等)、湿法浸出(硫酸浸出、氢氧化钠浸出和氨浸出)、重选—浮选、湿法浸出—浮选、浮选—湿法浸出、焙烧硫化—浮选和水热硫化—浮选等工艺与药剂研究进展。并进一步指出,硫化铅锌矿石中伴生有价组分的综合回收、闪锌矿的选择性高效抑制和解抑活化,氧化铅锌矿石和氧硫混合铅锌矿石采用单一浮选工艺处理、湿法浸出氧化锌矿物—浮选回收铅矿物和硫化锌矿物的选冶联合工艺处理是研究的重点方向。

     

    Abstract: Lanping Lead−Zinc Mine is a super large lead−zinc mine, associated valuable components such as thallium, cadmium, silver, sulfur and strontium, containing easily−slimed gangue mineral, soluble mineral and organic matte. The ore properties is complexity and variability. Among them, the oxide lead−zinc ore and the oxide−sulphide mixed lead−zinc ore have a variety of mineral types, fine particle sizes, easy to be overgrinded, so it is difficult to be mineral processing. This article provides a review of the research progress on deposit types, ore properties and mineral processing, the mineral processing technology and flotation reagents for lead−zinc sulfide ore, the flotation(direct flotation, surface sulfidization—flotation, synchronous flotation, flocculation flotation, original pulp flotation, high−entropy flotation), wet leaching(sulfuric acid leaching, sodium hydroxide leaching, ammonia leaching), gravity separation—flotation, wet leaching—flotation, flotation—wet leaching, sufidation roasting—flotation and hydrothermal sulfidation—flotation for the oxide−sulphide mixed lead−zinc ore were discussed emphasizedly. And further point out the research direction and focus, comprehensive recovery of associated valuable components, depression and derepression of sphalerite for lead−zinc sulfide ore, the single flotation process treatment, and combined process of wet leaching of zinc oxide minerals—flotation recovery of lead minerals and zinc sulfide minerals.
