兰坪铅锌矿资源特点与选矿进展

Resource Characteristics and Mineral Processing of Lanping Lead Zinc Mine

  • 摘要: 兰坪铅锌矿为特大型铅锌矿,伴生有Tl、Cd、Ag、S和Sr等有价组分,且含易泥化脉石矿物、可溶性盐类矿物和有机物质,矿石性质复杂、多变,其中氧化铅锌矿石和氧硫混合铅锌矿石的矿物种类多、嵌布粒度细和易过磨泥化,选矿难度大。从矿床类型、矿石性质和选矿研究进展几个方面进行了综述,重点论述硫化铅锌矿选矿工艺流程和浮选药剂,氧化铅锌矿和氧硫混合铅锌矿采用浮选、湿法浸出、重选—浮选、湿法浸出—浮选、焙烧硫化—浮选和水热硫化—浮选等进行处理的研究进展。并进一步指出研究方向和重点,硫化铅锌矿石为伴生有价组分的综合回收、闪锌矿的选择性高效抑制和解抑活化,氧化铅锌矿石和氧硫混合铅锌矿石为湿法浸出氧化锌矿物—浮选回收铅矿物和硫化锌矿物的选冶联合工艺处理。

     

    Abstract: Lanping Lead−Zinc Mine is a super large lead−zinc mine, associated valuable components such as thallium, cadmium, silver, sulfur and strontium, containing easily−slimed gangue mineral, soluble mineral and organic matte. The ore properties is complexity and variability. Among them, the oxide lead−zinc ore and the oxide−sulphide mixed lead−zinc ore have a variety of mineral types, fine particle sizes, easy to be overgrinded, so it is difficult to be mineral processing. This article provides a review of the research progress on deposit types, ore properties and mineral processing, the mineral processing technology and flotation reagents for lead−zinc sulfide ore, the flotation, wet leaching, gravity separation—flotation, wet leaching—flotation, sufidation roasting—flotation and hydrothermal sulfidation—flotation for the oxide−sulphide mixed lead−zinc ore were discussed emphasizedly. And further point out the research direction and focus, comprehensive recovery of associated valuable components, depression and derepression of sphalerite for lead and zinc sulfide ore, the combined process of wet leaching of zinc oxide minerals—flotation recovery of lead minerals and zinc sulfide minerals.
