Abstract:
Lanping Lead−Zinc Mine is a super large lead−zinc mine, associated valuable components such as thallium, cadmium, silver, sulfur and strontium, containing easily−slimed gangue mineral, soluble mineral and organic matte. The ore properties is complexity and variability. Among them, the oxide lead−zinc ore and the oxide−sulphide mixed lead−zinc ore have a variety of mineral types, fine particle sizes, easy to be overgrinded, so it is difficult to be mineral processing. This article provides a review of the research progress on deposit types, ore properties and mineral processing, the mineral processing technology and flotation reagents for lead−zinc sulfide ore, the flotation, wet leaching, gravity separation—flotation, wet leaching—flotation, sufidation roasting—flotation and hydrothermal sulfidation—flotation for the oxide−sulphide mixed lead−zinc ore were discussed emphasizedly. And further point out the research direction and focus, comprehensive recovery of associated valuable components, depression and derepression of sphalerite for lead and zinc sulfide ore, the combined process of wet leaching of zinc oxide minerals—flotation recovery of lead minerals and zinc sulfide minerals.
