甘肃某石英岩矿选矿提纯试验研究

Experimental Study on Mineral Processing and Purification of a Quartzite Ore in Gansu

  • 摘要: 针对甘肃某石英岩矿进行选矿试验研究,在对原矿进行工艺矿物学研究的基础上,研究磁选、擦洗、浮选等工艺对石英岩矿含铁杂质的去除效果,并对比了“磁选—擦洗”与“磁选—浮选”工艺的提纯效果。以SiO2含量为99.42%、Al2O3含量为2 400 μg/g、Fe2O3含量为1 814 μg/g的石英岩矿为原料,采用“磨矿—磁选—浮选”选矿工艺提纯效果较好。结果表明,试样经铁球磨矿后,在磁感应强度1.4 T条件下进行三段磁选除铁,再以H2SO4为调整剂、松醇油为起泡剂、PSK-78石油磺酸钠为捕收剂进行反浮选试验,可获得SiO2含量为99.61%、Fe2O3含量为185 μg/g、回收率为51.34%的石英精矿。该工艺除铁效果显著、污染小,可大幅度提升产品的附加值,具有良好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The beneficiation experiments of a quartzite ore in Gansu province were carried out. Based on the process mineralogy study of the raw ore, the different technological processes such as magnetic separation, scrubbing and flotation on the removal of iron impurities in quartzite ore were studied. The purification effect of "magnetic separation-scrubbing" and "magnetic separation-flotation" process was compared. The results showed that the process of "grinding-magnetic separation-flotation" was more conducive to purification for the quartzite ore with SiO2 of 99.42%, Al2O3 of 2 400 μg/g and Fe2O3 of 1 814 μg/g. After iron ball milling, the sample was subject to three-stage magnetic separation to remove iron under the magnetic induction intensity of 1.4 T. Then the reverse flotation test was carried out with H2SO4 as the regulator, pine oil as frother and PSK-78 sodium petroleum sulfonate as the collector. Finally, the quartz concentrate with SiO2 content of 99.61%, Fe2O3 content of 185 μg/g and recovery of 51.34% was obtained. The process has remarkable iron removal effect and little pollution, and it can greatly improve the added value of products and has a good application prospect.
