我国选矿废水处理研究进展

Research Progress of Mineral Processing Wastewater Treatment in China

  • 摘要: 选矿过程中产生的废水不仅对矿区周边的环境影响较大,选矿废水中含有的选矿药剂及重金属离子,在选矿回水重复利用时对精矿质量也有一定的影响。通过总结相关的文献分析了选矿废水对环境及选矿流程的影响,概述了混凝沉淀法、吸附法、化学氧化法、化学沉淀法以及微生物处理法原理及其优缺点,介绍了近年来试验室处理选矿废水的新方法。未来选矿废水处理的发展趋势为逐渐采用多种处理方法联合作业代替单一的处理方式,同时逐渐采用环保型低成本的处理方法。

     

    Abstract: The wastewater produced in the mineral processing process not only has a great influence on the environment around the mining area, but also has a certain influence on the concentrate quality when the mineral processing agent and heavy metal ions are reused in the mineral processing wastewater. The influence of mineral processing wastewater on environment and mineral processing process were analyzed by summing up the relevant literature. The coagulation and precipitation method, the adsorption method, the chemical oxidation method, the chemical precipitation method and the microbial treatment method and their advantages and disadvantages were summarized. This paper introduced new methods of treating mineral processing wastewater in laboratory in recent years. In the future, the development trend of mineral processing wastewater treatment is to gradually adopt multiple treatment methods instead of a single treatment method, and gradually adopt environment-friendly and low-cost treatment methods.
