Abstract: The high pressure grinding rolls (HPGR) is an energy-efficiency comminution equipment and has been commercialized in cement industry, metal mines, metallurgical pellets and other fields. Based on the current research results and industrial data, this paper compares the process flow of high-pressure roller mill in metal mine and pellet pretreatment industry, as well as operational parameters such as specific pressure of, roll linear speed and rolls gap. This will provide a reference when selecting operational parameters of HPGR for the metal mine and pellet pretreatment.
