钨冶炼渣的综合利用及发展趋势

Comprehensive Utilization and Development Trend of Tungsten Smelting Slag

  • 摘要: 综述了我国传统钨渣综合回收利用的发展进程,介绍了钨冶炼渣中的钽铌、钪、钨等有价元素的回收工艺及研究进展。结果表明,随着钽、铌、钪和钨等金属的供需缺口呈现扩大趋势,钨渣综合利用技术发展迅速,目前基本可解决从钨渣中回收钽、铌、钪等有价金属的问题,未来可进一步改进技术,研发清洁高效的金属提取工艺。根据现行钨冶炼行业面临的环保挑战,结合钨资源禀赋的变化,提出了未来钨冶炼渣处置的发展趋势。一方面可通过末端治理的方式,生产合金铸铁、微晶玻璃等高性能固废产品,以此来消纳部分钨渣,另一方面通过钨冶炼技术的革新,实现钨渣的减量化或资源化,从源头上减少钨渣的排放,保证我国钨业的健康发展。

     

    Abstract: The development of comprehensive recovery and utilization of tungsten smelting slag in China are summarized, and the recovery process and research progress of useful metals, such as tungsten, tantalum, niobium and scandium in tungsten smelting slag are introduced. The results show that with the increasing gap between supply and demand of tantalum, niobium, scandium and tungsten, etc., the comprehensive utilization technology of tungsten slag develops rapidly. At present, the problem of recovering valuable metals such as tantalum, niobium and scandium from tungsten slag can be basically solved. According to the current environmental challenges of tungsten smelting industry and the change of tungsten resource endowment, the development trend of tungsten smelting slag treatment in the future is proposed. On the one hand, high performance solid waste products such as alloy cast iron and microcrystalline glass can be produced to deal with part of tungsten slag. On the other hand, through the innovation of tungsten smelting technology, the reduction or resource of tungsten slag could be realized, and the emission of tungsten slag can be reduced from the source to ensure the healthy development of tungsten industry.
