凹凸棒石粉末提纯及浆料流变性能的研究

Study on Purification of Attapulgite Powder and Rheological Properties of Slurry

  • 摘要: 利用物理和化学方法对凹凸棒石矿物粉末(凹土)进行提纯、改性处理,通过表面吸附机理在凹土表面吸附分散剂以及复合活性剂,利用离心、水浴、过滤等处理获得高纯度、高活性凹土粉末,通过SEM和XRD分析粉末的组分变化,对改性凹土制备的水性悬浮剂流变性能进行研究。试验结果表明:经过提纯改性处理的凹土粉末纯度可以达到95%,凹土悬浮体的六偏磷酸钠分散剂最佳用量为0.75%,72 h后水性悬浮剂的悬浮率达到96%,在剪切速率作用下,悬浮剂具有较好的剪切粘度和应力,能够形成网络状结构,保证悬浮剂稳定性。

     

    Abstract: Attapulgite mineral powder (attapulgite) was purified and modified by physical and chemical methods. Dispersants and complex active agents were adsorbed on the attapulgite surface by surface adsorption mechanism. High purity and high activity attapulgite powder was obtained by centrifugation, water bath, filtration and other treatments. The composition changes of the powder were analyzed by SEM and XRD, and the rheological properties of the aqueous suspending agent prepared from modified attapulgite were studied. The test results show that the purity of attapulgite powder treated by purification and modification can reach 95%, The optimum dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate dispersant for attapulgite suspension is 0.75%, the suspension rate of the suspension agent reaches 96% after 72 h. Under the action of the shear rate, the suspension agent has a good shear viscosity and stress, and can form a net-like structure to ensure the stability of the suspension agent.
