Abstract: The Basic situation for development and utilization of mineral resources in Hebei Province was analyzed in this article according to the annul statistic report for development and utilization of mineral resources in Hebe Province, 2017. Quantities, practitioners and scales of mining enterprises, mining (non-oil and gas) GDP, annul total profits and per capita economic indicators etc were discussed in details. Laws and regulations related to mining that possibly occur an important effect were comprehensively discussed. Opportunities and challenges mining enterprises facing to were expected. Scale and Integrated development and utilization of mineral resources were suggested. The article will be useful to understand the situation of development of mineral resources in Hebei province.
