粘土硅酸盐矿物改性技术研究现状

Current Research of the Modification Technology of Clay Minerals

  • 摘要: 粘土矿物资源储量丰富、颗粒微细、廉价易得且用途广泛。然而粘土矿物由于地质演变过程导致表面活性减弱或丧失,颗粒团聚或者体型化导致纳米化效应减弱或者丧失。未经功能化改性的粘土矿物不能满足当今新材料、新技术的发展要求,因此需要对粘土矿物材料进行物理、化学改造。该综述从适应不同的工业应用需求出发,总结了粘土硅酸盐矿物应用中的活化、接枝、插层等活性激发和功能化制备技术。

     

    Abstract: Clay minerals are abundant, cheap and readily available. The clay particles are fine and can be used in various industrial applications. However, due to the geological evolution, the surface activity is decreased or lost. The "nanometerization effect" is eliminated by particle aggregation and shaping. Clay minerals that have not been functionally modified cannot meet the requirements of current new materials and new technologies. Therefore, physical and chemical transformation of clay mineral materials is required. In view of different industrial applications, this review summarizes the active excitation and functionalization preparation techniques such as activation, grafting and intercalation in the application of clay silicate minerals.
