New Concept for Applying CaCO3 Industrial Minerals to Deal with Some Environmental Issues

  • 摘要: 主要以碳酸钙为例,介绍了经过球磨活化提高其反应活性,代替传统的氢氧化钙等碱中和工艺,通过调控与重金属硫酸盐之间的反应效率和相应的选择性分离沉淀,实现资源的二次回收再利用,提供处理污水的新思路。碳酸钙和金属硫酸盐之间的反应也可以进一步扩展到缓释性肥料制备及含磷、砷等废水的处理中。

     

    Abstract: Several examples are introduced on the applications of activating calcium carbonate by ball-milling to the treatments of wastewater. The differences in the reactivity of the activated calcium carbonate with heavy metals sulfate were obtained by regulating the activation degree and the efficient and selective precipitation of heavy metals were achieved by applying such differences. The phenomena could be further applied to phosphate removal.
