烧结矿竖罐式冷却过程数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Cooling Process in Vertically-arranged Sinter Coolers

  • 摘要: 目前我国烧结矿大多是通过环冷机进行冷却,然而环冷机存在着许多问题:冷却系统漏风、台车表面散热、余热回收不完全等。针对这些问题,有专家学者结合干熄焦冷却技术提出了竖罐式冷却方法。文章通过仿真模拟软件COMSOL Multiphysics模拟了气体同烧结矿的换热过程,分析了竖罐式冷却过程中气料比和孔隙率对冷却效果和余热回收过程的影响。结果表明,在该模型中气料比在1 280~1 760 m3/t,孔隙率在0.45时该模型处于最佳工况。

     

    Abstract: Most of sinter ore is cooled mainly by ring cooler in our country now, however, there are many problems with the ring cooler, just like air leak of the cooling system, heat loss in the surface of the cooling loop wheel machine, heat recovery is incomplete. For these problems, some experts put forward vertically-arranged sinter coolers with combinations of CDQ. In this paper, software Comsol was used to simulate the heat transfer process of gas and sinter in vertically-arranged sinter coolers, analyzed the influence of air-material ratio and porosity in vertically-arranged sinter coolers. The result show that, while the air-material ratio is between 1 280 m3/t to 1 760 m3/t and the porosity is 0.45, the vertically-arranged sinter cooler is in the best condition.
