EDTA二钠钙对十二胺体系中菱锌矿浮游性的影响

Effect of EDTA Na2-Ca on the Pelagic Activity of Smithsonite in Dodecylamine System

  • 摘要: 通过单矿物浮选试验,研究了不同条件下乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙(EDTA二钠钙)对十二胺(DDA)体系中菱锌矿浮游性的影响规律。结果表明:当pH值在9.2~11.1范围时,EDTA二钠钙对硫化钠活化后的菱锌矿虽无捕收性,但能够增强十二胺对菱锌矿的捕收能力;EDTA二钠钙以40%的质量比取代十二胺并用于浮选菱锌矿时,可以获得比单独使用十二胺更好的浮选效果。浮选溶液化学计算、矿物溶解试验和动电位测试的结果表明,EDTA二钠钙通过促进菱锌矿表面Zn2+的溶解来降低矿物表面的电位,从而提高菱锌矿的浮选回收率。

     

    Abstract: The influence of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium calcium (EDTA Na2-Ca) on the flotability of smithsonite in the dodecylamine (DDA) cation flotation system was investigated by single-mineral flotation test. The results showed that EDTA Na2-Ca could not collect smithsonite activated by sodium sulfide, but could enhance the collecting ability of DDA at pH 9.2~11.1. The better flotation performance could be achieved when the mixed collector with 40% mass ratio of DDA replaced by EDTA Na2-Ca was used. The results of flotation solution chemical calculation, mineral dissolution tests, and dynamic potential tests showed that EDTA Na2-Ca significantly improved the flotation recovery of smithsonite by promoting the dissolution of Zn2+ on the smithsonite surface and reducing the potential of the mineral surface.
