The optimizing of flotation machine's performance is based on the motion features of mineral particles. By using computational fluid dynamics simulation technology, the motion of solid particles in flotation machine was simulated by Euler-lagrange method (CFD-DPM). 2 particles with a uniform diameter vary with time was studied. Under the complete coupling condition, the interaction between solid particles and flow field was revealed.
