氨基功能化硅胶的制备及其对镧离子的吸附行为研究

Amine Groups Functionalized Silica Gel:Preparation and Adsorption Behaviour of Lanthanum (Ⅲ) Ions

  • 摘要: 为了解决离子吸附型稀土矿浸矿后期低浓度浸出液和淋滤水中稀土的回收问题, 合成了γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷修饰的氨基功能化硅胶(SiO2-NH2)多孔吸附剂, 并用于从模拟料液中回收三价稀土镧离子(La (Ⅲ))。系统研究了溶液pH、吸附时间及La (Ⅲ)初始浓度对La (Ⅲ)吸附性能的影响, 研究表明:溶液pH对La (Ⅲ)的吸附性能有显著影响, La (Ⅲ)的最佳吸附pH为6.4左右。等温吸附研究表明:SiO2-NH2对La (Ⅲ)的吸附符合Langmiur等温吸附模型, 298 K下Langmiur拟合方程计算的最大饱和吸附容量为38.02 mg/g。吸附动力学研究表明:SiO2-NH2对La (Ⅲ)的吸附符合准二级动力学吸附模型, 完全平衡时间为6 h。12次吸附-解吸循环试验表明SiO2-NH2具有优良的循环性能。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of recovery from low concentration leachate in the late leaching stage of ion adsorption type rare earth ore, this work reports the preparation of porous silica gel adsorbents functionalized by amine groups (SiO2-NH2) and their application in adsorption of La(Ⅲ) ions from the simulated solution.The effects of pH, adsorption time, initial concentrations of La(Ⅲ) on La(Ⅲ) adsorption are systematically investigated.The effect of pH on the La(Ⅲ) adsorption is significant, and the optimal pH for La(Ⅲ) adsorption is 6.4.The adsorption isotherm can be described by Langmuir equation and La(Ⅲ) adsorption amount is calculated as 38.02 mg/g at 298 K.The adsorption kinetics follows the pseudo-second-order kinetics model and the adsorption equilibrium time is about 6 h.La(Ⅲ) adsorption capacity remains constant without obvious variation after 12 adsorption-desorption cycles, which indicates that SiO2-NH2 has an excellent recycle property.
