Abstract:
With Xinjiang vermiculite as raw material, followed byacidification, sodiumification and organic pillar, the organic-pillared vermiculite was obtained and was used as the support to prepare Ru-based hydrogenation catalyst. The effect of modification conditions on the physical properties of vermiculite and the hydrogenation performance of Ru/organic vermiculite was investigated.Experimental results show that with acidification and sodium modification, the cation exchange capacity (CEC) can be increased by 1.32 times.XRD results suggested that the structure of the O-V was complete after acidification and sodium modification, and the interlayer spacing was increased from 1.48 nm to 4.09 nm after the organic pillar.Compared with the catalyst Ru/Al
2O
3, the Ru/organic vermiculite exhibits more excellent catalytic performance and better oxidation-reduction stability in the hydrogenation reaction.
