有机改性蛭石制备及其负载Ru催化性能研究

Research on the Preparation of Organic Modified Vermiculite (O-V) and the Catalytic Properties of Ru/O-V

  • 摘要: 以新疆尉犁蛭石为原料, 依次进行酸化、钠化及有机柱撑获得有机改性蛭石(O-V), 并以O-V为载体制备催化剂Ru/O-V, 探讨了改性条件对蛭石物理结构的影响及催化剂Ru/有机蛭石的加氢性能。试验结果表明, 蛭石原矿经酸化和钠化改性后, 其阳离子交换容量(CEC)最大可以提高1.32倍。XRD结果显示, 改性后的蛭石结构完整, 经有机柱撑后其层间距由1.48 nm增大至4.09 nm。与催化剂Ru/Al2O3相比, 催化剂Ru/O-V在加氢反应中呈现出了优异的催化性能和较高的氧化还原稳定性。

     

    Abstract: With Xinjiang vermiculite as raw material, followed byacidification, sodiumification and organic pillar, the organic-pillared vermiculite was obtained and was used as the support to prepare Ru-based hydrogenation catalyst.The effect of modification conditions on the physical properties of vermiculite and the hydrogenation performance of Ru/organic vermiculite was investigated.Experimental results show that with acidification and sodium modification, the cation exchange capacity (CEC) can be increased by 1.32 times.XRD results suggested that the structure of the O-V was complete after acidification and sodium modification, and the interlayer spacing was increased from 1.48 nm to 4.09 nm after the organic pillar.Compared with the catalyst Ru/Al2O3, the Ru/organic vermiculite exhibits more excellent catalytic performance and better oxidation-reduction stability in the hydrogenation reaction.
