某重晶石型白钨粗精矿精选提质试验研究

Upgrading of a Scheelite Rough Concentrate Containing Barite

  • 摘要: 对某选厂含WO3 7.24%、BaO 1.21%的白钨粗精矿进行了精选提质试验研究。在确定最佳条件后用彼得罗夫法加温精选,得到了WO3品位为37.79%、回收率71.80%的白钨精矿。该精矿含有20%左右的重晶石,以硫酸作为重晶石抑制剂进行钨钡分离,得到了WO3品位为62.06%的白钨矿精矿,回收率为65.61%,但实际生产中需解决酸对浮选设备的腐蚀问题。

     

    Abstract: The scheelite rough concentrate of a dressing plant contains 77.24% WO3 and 1.21% BaO. After determining the optimal conditions, a concentrate assaying 37.79% WO3 with a recovery of 71.80% was successfully obtained by Petrov heating concentration. Due to the concentrate still contained 20% barite, the separation of scheelite and barite was conducted using sulfate acid as the depressant of barite. Finally, the WO3 grade and recovery of the scheelite concentrate were 62.06% and 65.61%, respectively. In addition, the acid corrosion of flotation equipment should be concerned in practical production.
