新型捕收剂在宣龙鲕状赤铁矿反浮选中的试验研究

Research on a Novel Anionic Collector for the Reverse Flotation of Xuanlong Oolitic Hematite

  • 摘要: 对宣龙鲕状赤铁矿焙烧磁选精矿进行了阴离子捕收剂反浮选试验研究。试验研究表明,在浮选温度为12~15℃、复合捕收剂(阴离子捕收剂OMC-1)用量750 g/t、抑制剂淀粉用量1 000 g/t、活化剂石灰用量4 000 g/t的条件下,可得到TFe品位为65.39%、作业回收率为84.68%的浮选精矿。表面电位及红外光谱分析表明,药剂对于石英存在一定的物理化学吸附,该新型耐低温复合阴离子捕收剂可为其它铁矿石及氧化矿的浮选提供新途径。

     

    Abstract: The reverse flotation study on Xuanlong roasting-magnetic concentrate with a new low-temperature resistant composite collector was conducted. The results indicated that the Fe grade and recovery in concentrate could reach 65.39% and 84.68% at a certain conditions, i.e., temperature of 12~15℃, combined collector (OMC-1) dosage of 750 g/t, starch dosage of 1 000 g/t and lime of 4 000 g/t. Surface potential and infrared spectrum analysis showed that the composite collector has a certain physical and chemical adsorption ability on quartz. This novel low temperature resistant composite anionic collector provides a new way for the flotation of other iron ores and oxidized ores.
